Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Needed with experience with pediatric and adult patients.
We currently are interviewing for our Dental Assistant position for our beautiful office in Dallas.
We are looking for a well qualified candidate to join our strong team. The position offers an excellent friendly work environment, job stability, and an opportunity for growth. This is a unique fully digital patient oriented practice. We put patient service first!
We are offering a great friendly work environment with good compensation and excellent bonus/incentives!!! This is a unique patient oriented practice. Looking for someone who will grow with the practice and become a long-term member of our TEAM.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a unique friendly patient focused practice. Our ideal candidate is a professional with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone energetic, friendly, able to talk and make patients feel comfortable, able to be part of a TEAM.
Dental Assistant Candidate Must Have:
-RDA License -CPR Certification
- Experience with pediatric patients, at least 2 years preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
-Ability to work well in a team setting
-Strong communication skills
-Bilingual English/Spanish (able to translate for patients)
-Office is paperless and a knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.
-Work days are Monday through Friday with a couple Saturdays each month.
We offer a unique, fun, and friendly workplace. Hourly compensation based on experience with a very generous performance based monthly bonus.
