Austin Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM) is seeking enthusiastic, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside residents and nationally recognized faculty in a fast-paced educational environment where advanced dentistry is performed every day.
Our residency programs include:
Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD)
Endodontics
Prosthodontics
Orthodontics

What You’ll Do
Assist residents and faculty with a variety of specialty dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient care.
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
Take digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and impressions.
Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental.
Coordinate efficiently with clinical and administrative teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Keep operatories stocked, organized, and ready for patient care.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Open Dental experience is a plus, but not required
