Registered Dental Assistant

What You Will Do
Assist the dentist chairside during general dentistry and surgical procedures
Assist with implant placement and related procedures
Support the team during sedation cases
Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory
Take and process digital X-rays
Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards
What We Are Looking For
Active Texas RDA license required
2–3 years of RDA experience required
Surgical experience including implant placement and sedation assistance required
Dependable, professional, and a strong team player
Genuine passion for patient care
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
