Registered Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting an efficient and collaborative clinical environment.

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who can inspire a team, work with our doctors, support and lead the practice's growth and be active in helping us find new ways to improve.

What You'll Bring:
Active California RDA license
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Positive and growth-oriented mindset
Experience in restorative, cosmetic, digital, or surgical dentistry preferred
Knowledge of CEREC and Invisalign is a plus!

Experience with ordering and inventory
