Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant looking for a workplace that values teamwork, laughter, and exceptional patient care? Our growing practice is looking for a dedicated assistant to work alongside our doctors, deliver top-notch care, and help patients feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. We have two locations, one in Cedar Rapids and one in Van Horne, and we’re looking for someone who is open and flexible to working at both!

What We’re Looking For:
A Dental Assistant who is flexible and excited to split time between our Cedar Rapids and Van Horne offices. Your schedule will vary based on the needs of each location.
A Registered Dental Assistant with radiography qualification.
Someone who anticipates the doctor’s needs and keeps the day running smoothly.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in helping patients understand their treatment.
A positive, adaptable mindset. We love team players!
