SmileCode Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant for an immediate, full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate is a friendly, hard-working RDA who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role is suited for a strong clinical assistant with leadership experience who is passionate about patient care, supports team development, and contributes to a positive and professional workplace culture as our practice continues to grow.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate
Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to train and mentor dental assistants
Strong commitment to exceptional patient care and service excellence
Proficient in chairside assisting for a wide range of procedures, including temporary crowns and rubber dams
Solid understanding of infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and sterilization protocols
Thorough knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and operatory setup
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patient education and treatment support
Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Friendly, mature, adaptable, and professional demeanor
Experience with Dentrix dental software is an asset
Fluent in English
