Zrallack Family Dentistry is a well-established private practice in Titusville on Florida's Space Coast. We're known for providing high-quality dentistry in a friendly, organized environment where our team works together and our patients come first. We are currently looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our greatest need is for Fridays, but we're flexible and are happy to discuss Friday-only, part-time, or full-time opportunities for the right person. Benefits are available for eligible employees based on position and scheduled hours.

Experienced assistants are welcome, but we also enjoy mentoring motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

The Opportunity
You'll play an important role in helping our patients feel comfortable while assisting Dr. Michele Zrallack and Dr. Codrina Geriguis in delivering exceptional patient care every day. Working in our modern, fully digital practice, you'll be a valued member of the clinical team with opportunities to continue learning and expanding your skills.

Responsibilities include:
Assist the doctors during all phases of treatment
Perform expanded functions (as permitted by certification)
Take quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
Prepare treatment rooms and instrument setups
Sterilize instruments following CDC and OSHA guidelines
Maintain operatories and equipment
Assist with implant procedures and restorations
Perform in-office whitening procedures
Help create an exceptional patient experience through excellent communication and compassionate care
What We're Looking For
EFDA/RDA certification preferred (or eligible where applicable)
Excellent communication and people skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and team-oriented
Comfortable using computers in a fully digital office
Dentrix and Dexis experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
Typical Schedule
Full-Time
Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (every other Monday)
Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating Fridays: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM
