Job Description
Our rapidly growing specialty periodontal offices are in need of a career-minded Dental Assistant who knows the value of communication skills and enthusiasm, while delivering state-of-the-art care to our patients.
This is a part-time position, 2–3 days per week, with the possibility of moving to full time.
We are willing to train the right person on the surgical side, providing you have experience as a Dental Assistant and are registered with the State of Washington. If you are experienced in Periodontics, Oral Surgery, or General Dentistry, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $25–$33 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Part-time, 2–3 days per week, with potential to move to full time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, [days]
Location: West Seattle. We also have offices in Eastlake (South Lake Union) and Federal Way, and this role occasionally covers shifts there. Reliable transportation is required.

What you'll do
Assist chairside during implant placement, extractions, bone and soft tissue grafting, sinus augmentation, and crown lengthening
Set up and break down surgical operatories; sterilize and maintain surgical instruments
Take radiographs and CBCT scans, and capture intraoral photos
Review post-operative instructions and follow up with patients after surgery
What we're looking for
3+ years of dental assisting experience and current Washington registration
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
Attention to detail — in surgery the small things matter
Calm with anxious patients; many of ours arrive nervous about a procedure they were referred for
Reliable and punctual
