About Us
The Dentist of Siouxland is a privately owned dental practice with three locations serving the Siouxland area. We are committed to providing excellent patient care while fostering a supportive, organized, and team-oriented workplace.
We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

What We Offer
Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
No Fridays or weekends
Established private practice with a supportive clinical team
Organized scheduling and clinical systems

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs as needed
Review treatment plans with patients as directed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Help ensure an efficient, positive patient experience
Support teammates throughout the day to keep the schedule running smoothly
Qualifications
Active Iowa Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Two or more years of dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using dental software and digital technology
Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
Approximately 7:15 AM–5:30 PM (slight variation by day)
No Fridays or weekends
Work Location
Primarily based at our Lakeport office with occasional coverage at our other Siouxland locations.
