What You’ll Do
Welcome patients warmly and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Assist Dr. Gregory with a wide range of restorative and surgical procedures
Set up and break down operatories efficiently
Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images
Maintain excellent infection control and sterilization standards
Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help procedures run smoothly and efficiently
Educate patients on treatment, post-operative instructions, and home care
Help maintain organized operatories, clinical supplies, and lab cases
Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
Work closely with Dr. Gregory and the rest of the team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Dental assisting experience is preferred
Registered Dental Assistant certification in Texas is preferred
Experience with Dentrix is preferred
Experience with digital dentistry, scanners, implants, endodontics, or oral surgery is a plus
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, friendly, and professional personality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and productive throughout the day
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
Dependable, coachable, and a true team player
Willingness to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Willingness to take on tasks, when needed, that may fall outside normal duties
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a first-class patient experience
