We're looking for an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Assistant with strong
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, enjoys mentoring others, and helps keep the clinical team running efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate:
Processing X-rays and performing lab tasks under the direction of a dentist
Sterilizing dental equipment
Bilingual in ENGLISH & SPANISH is required
Working with patients to make them comfortable in the dental chair and prepare them for procedures and treatments
Assisting dentists by providing them with equipment during procedures
Preparing the work area for patient's treatment by arranging equipment and materials
we believe in comprehensive, relationship-based care and invest in our team through ongoing learning and professional development. You'll work alongside a supportive doctor and an experienced Lead RDA in a collaborative environment where your leadership and ideas are valued.
