Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, with experience using dental software such as Epic and Dentrix. Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
Collaborate with the dental reception team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment at all times
Requirements
Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent licensure
Proven experience with dental assisting procedures.
Proficiency in dental software such as Open Dental and Dentrix is highly desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a busy clinical setting
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols
