Job Description
Cosmetic Dentistry Center is looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are a patient-focused practice specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including veneers, Suresmile®, dental implants, smile makeovers, whitening, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
Whether you’re an experienced dental assistant or a newly licensed RDA eager to learn, we’re willing to train the right person who is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience.
What You’ll Do
Assist the doctor during a variety of cosmetic, restorative, and general dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for treatment.
Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans.
Assist with veneers, Invisalign, implant procedures, crowns, smile makeovers, and other advanced treatments.
Sterilize and maintain instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative instructions, and treatment expectations.
Accurately chart treatment and maintain patient records.
Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every patient.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant certification (required).
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
