What You'll Do
Assist the doctor efficiently during restorative and general procedures
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Turn rooms quickly and maintain smooth clinical flow
Chart treatment and assist with treatment presentation
Prepare and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
Ensure patients feel comfortable and confident in their care
Support a productive schedule while maintaining high-quality dentistry
What We're Looking For
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
X-ray certification
Current CPR certification
3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a productive office
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills including the ability to understand constructive criticism
Someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of their role
