Join our biological dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and become a vital part of delivering exceptional oral healthcare! Duties
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments
Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, ensuring sterilization standards are met
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), and CBCT / pan.

Manage patient records using dental practice management software such as Gold to ensure accurate documentation
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
Support front desk operations by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks as a dental receptionist when needed
Assist with pediatric dental care and orthodontic procedures to accommodate diverse patient needs
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times
Be an ambassador of the clinic and help educate patients of the holistic approach to dental care
Skills
Proven experience in dental assisting with knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Gold for record keeping and scheduling
Strong understanding of orthodontics and pediatric dentistry to support specialized treatments considered an asset
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds
Knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control standards, and safety procedures in a dental setting
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
