Schedule: Monday–Thursday, some Fridays
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated RDA Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain operatory readiness, sterilization, and support efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Assist dentist chairside during examinations, treatment, and procedures, as well as occasionally help up front when needed, like helping to answer the phone.
Take diagnostic, and accurate X‑rays, Panos, intra oral photos, digital impressions
Familiar with Cerec
Comfortable with making temporary crowns
Maintain patient records, charting, and data entry
Educate patients on post‑op care, oral hygiene, and preventative care
Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and stocked
Order and manage dental supplies
Follow all infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols
Dental Assistant license/certification (if required by state)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a dental assistant preferred (1+ year)
Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with dental software Dentrix and Dexis imaging
