Our Austin office has officially taken off! After two years of building, we are finally busy and looking for a top-tier Registered Dental Assistant who wants to do more than just pass instruments. Your Daily Mission
High-Tech Chairside: Assist our providers during complex procedures using our full suite of digital tools and Open Dental software.

Patient Education: Be the bridge for our patients. Use your bilingual skills and intraoral photos to help them understand and say "yes" to their health.

Clinical Mastery: From fabricating perfect temporary crowns to processing diagnostic-quality X-rays, you ensure every clinical detail is 5-star.

Flow Management: Coordinate patient movement from greeting to dismissal, ensuring the day stays on track even when the lobby is full.

Safety First: Maintain a pristine environment by staying ahead of OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards.

What You Bring to the Chair
License & Certification: Active Texas RDA license (or completed within 90 days) and current BLS.

The "Austin Hustle": You are reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a high-volume setting.

Communication: Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must to serve our diverse community.

Preferred Skills: If you already have your Nitrous Monitoring, Coronal Polishing, or Pit & Fissure Sealant certifications, you’re at the top of our list!

Flexibility: Our office serves the community when they need us, which includes some late hours and weekends.
