With Virginia’s new 2026 legislation expanding the scope of qualified dental assistants, Carabella Dental is looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who is interested in developing additional skills in preventive dental care, including supragingival scaling and coronal polishing.

We're looking for someone who is:
An experienced Dental Assistant I or II
Passionate about dentistry and patient care
Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented and committed to clinical excellence
Professional, dependable, and positive
Interested in growing with our practice long-term
Previous experience with dental hygiene is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
