Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA) – Allen, TX (Full-Time)
Privately owned pediatric dental office in Allen seeking an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a long-term position in a stable, team-oriented environment.
Our practice is highly organized, family-focused, and committed to creating a positive experience for both patients and team members. Pediatrics is our primary focus, with a small orthodontic component as well.
Compensation: $23 and up depending on experience, pediatric experience, and skill set.
Target start date: June 1
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
Assist doctor during pediatric procedures efficiently and attentively
Prepare and maintain operatories to a high clinical standard
Take X-rays and follow proper sterilization protocols
Help create a smooth, positive experience for children and parents
Work closely with team members to maintain strong daily flow
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
Active Texas RDA license
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working with children
Preferred (Not Required)
Pediatric dental experience
Orthodontic experience is a plus
