Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

What You'll Do
Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays (if certified)
Ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit
Maintain accurate patient records
Work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
X-Ray Certification preferred
Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations, patient privacy requirements, and medical documentation standards
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Team player who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive office culture
