Starting pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with:
Minimum 3 years of pediatric dental experience
Current California RDA license
Strong communication and patient management skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability and willingness to travel between our three locations
Responsibilities
Assist pediatric dentists during a variety of procedures
Provide exceptional patient care and create positive dental experiences for children
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate electronic patient records
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
Educate patients and parents on oral health and preventive care
Support office efficiency through teamwork and flexibility
