Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable bilingual RDA to join our growing dental practice.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside an amazing bilingual doctor who communicates well, diagnoses confidently, and provides excellent care to her patients. We are looking for a strong assistant who can help lead the clinical team, maintain an efficient patient flow, and create a positive environment for both patients and coworkers.
What we’re looking for:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Current Texas RDA certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable, organized, and motivated
Comfortable supporting treatment acceptance and same-day dentistry
Able to work efficiently and maintain a smooth clinical flow
Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
Previous dental assisting experience preferred

Closed on Wednesdays
Only one Saturday per month
Current Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
