Job Description
The team at the Bonnyville Dental Clinic located in Bonnyville, Alberta is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Assistant on a full-time basis that wants to grow with our office and team.
The ideal RDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. They will also be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients’ needs.
The Bonnyville Dental Clinic has recently expanded and renovated. Office, Chairs and equipment are all upgraded and new. We are in a beautiful location in NE Alberta with an amazing growing team.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
Full-time position status

SCHEDULE:
32-38 hours per week
Monday - Friday
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Completion of a Registered Dental Assisting Level II
Registered or in process of registering with the:
College of Alberta Dental Assistants
1+ year(s) experience an asset but new graduates welcome
We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
