Registered Dental Assistant

We are a well-established periodontal practice in NW seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn, possesses strong computer skills, and enjoys assisting with surgical procedures. While we prefer candidates with 2–3 years of experience, we also encourage new graduates to apply. Previous surgical experience is considered a strong asset.

Schedule:
The position follows an alternating bi-weekly schedule:
Week 1: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Week 2: Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional hours may be available to provide coverage when needed.

Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification required
Experience with dental software programs such as ClearDent
Knowledge of periodontal specialty procedures
Surgical assisting experience is an asset
Familiarity with sterilization and infection control protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
