Registered Dental Assistant — Potential Lead Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our beautiful, modern dental office. Our practice features 9 fully equipped operatories and a welcoming, team-oriented environment where patient care, clinical excellence, and professional growth are highly valued.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a Lead Dental Assistant role. We are looking for someone who is confident clinically, organized, dependable, and takes pride in helping create an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team.
What We’re Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with strong clinical experience
Comfortable and confident assisting with a variety of procedures, including:
Endodontic procedures (root canals)
Extractions
Implant placement and restorative procedures
General restorative and comprehensive dentistry
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instrumentation, infection control, and clinical protocols
Excellent chairside manner and the ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for
Highly organized, dependable, and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs
A positive, professional attitude and a strong desire to be part of a collaborative team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Willingness to take initiative and grow into additional leadership responsibilities
Potential Lead Assistant Responsibilities
For the right candidate, this position has the potential to develop into a Lead Dental Assistant role, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as assisting with clinical organization, supporting and mentoring other assistants, maintaining efficient operatory flow, helping with supplies and inventory, and serving as a key point of communication between the clinical team and doctors.
