Registered Dental Assistant

Our growing dental practice is looking for a reliable, friendly, and patient‑focused Full‑Time Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care, a supportive work environment, and a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Position: Full‑Time Dental Assistant Location: Chaska, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (no weekends)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience + benefits
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories
Take digital X‑rays and maintain accurate patient records
Provide excellent patient care and education
Manage supply inventory and ensure clinical areas are organized
Follow all OSHA and infection‑control protocols
Qualifications
Current Dental Assistant license/certification in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain)
CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and patient‑care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with digital charting and X‑rays preferred but not required
