Registered Dental Assistant (DAII)

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Dental Assistant II to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional clinical patient care, and works collaboratively with the dentist and team to create a positive patient experience. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry.

Qualifications:

- Current Dental Assistant II certification

- Current radiography certification

- CPR Certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience

- Experience with digital x-rays, scanners, and modern dental softwares
Required Skills:

- Previous dental experience

- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures

- Assist dentist during a variety of restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and emergency procedures

- Take high-quality digital xrays

- Take digital impressions and traditional impressions

- Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols

- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment

- Accurately chart treatment and update patient records

- Make high-quality temporary crowns

- Stock operatories and maintain clinical inventory

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Dentrix

- Professional Appearance and positive, patient-focused / team player attitude

- Dependable, Punctual, Team-Oriented
