We’re serious about great dentistry… but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you’re organized, patient-focused, and can keep things running smoothly while sharing a laugh or two, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Do
Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, you know the drill ;)
Prepare and break down operatories with efficiency and care
Take digital X-rays and impressions
Maintain sterilization protocols like a pro
Keep patients comfortable, informed, and smiling
Support a positive, team-first environment
What You Bring
Active California RDA license
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and workflows
Experience with digital systems (Dexis, Open Dental, etc. = a plus)
Excellent communication skills and a warm chairside manner
A “see it, solve it” mindset
