Registered Dental Assistant / Dental Assistant
This position supports our Sherman Oaks and Encino office. Candidates must be available to work at either location based on scheduling needs.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our team. This role requires Monday–Friday availability along with at least 2 Saturdays each month. If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong clinical skills and a great work ethic, we’d love to connect with you.

Compensation
Hourly Pay: We pay hourly depending on experience, with consistent full-time hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts across our offices based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable experience
Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
Take x-rays and impressions
Maintain strict sterilization protocols and a clean operatory
Monitor supplies and lab cases
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs
Call in prescriptions as directed
Provide clear and accurate post-operative instructions
Document clinical notes precisely and thoroughly
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
High School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
Current Hep B, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California X-ray License, and CPR/BLS
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on Saturdays
