Responsibilities
Chairside dental assisting for a variety of dental procedures
Dental reception / front desk administration
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
Processing payments and insurance claims
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (Level II) certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in both dental assisting and dental administration preferred
Proficiency with Cleardent software is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Tuesdays: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Fridays: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
