Registered Dental Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support the dental team, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials prior to patient appointments
Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology
Manage patient records accurately using Dentally software systems.

Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral health care
Support front desk duties as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of all clinical areas
Assist with inventory management of dental supplies and equipment
Requirements
Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent credential
Proven experience with dental assisting procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
