Our office is a rapidly growing, patient-centered dental practice looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fun, supportive, and friendly team.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys building relationships with patients while providing exceptional care. If you're a positive team player who takes pride in your work, we'd love to meet you!
What We're Looking For
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
X-Ray Certification is required
Experience in a professional dental office preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate)
Experience with Dentrix or other digital dental software is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
Responsibilities
Take high-quality digital radiographs (FMX, bitewings, PAs, panoramic X-rays, etc.)
Assist the doctor during restorative and other dental procedures
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols
Take impressions and assist with other clinical procedures
Monitor and manage clinical inventory and supplies
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Deliver exceptional patient care and help create a welcoming experience for every patient
