Job Purpose – Full-Time Dental Assistant
The Full-Time Dental Assistant at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC, a dental and medical staffing solutions agency, plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the daily clinical operations of partnered dental practices. This position is a full-time role designed for a dependable, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment and is committed to providing high-quality support to both patients and providers.
The RDA supports dentists by assisting with procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized environment, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Candidates must hold a valid Oklahoma Registered Dental Assistant License and demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and adaptability in diverse practice settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as directed by the dentist.
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and update them with new information as necessary.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize the efficiency of the practice.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in the management of dental emergencies and provide CPR/BLS as required.
Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners, with bilingual skills being a plus.
Required Education:
Registered Dental Assistant License by State
Maintain renewal of licensing
CPR BLS certification
Annual Continuing Education (CE) as required by state
Required Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a dental setting
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in dental software and technology
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Bilingual is a plus
