POSITION: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
LOCATION: 3031 Preston Rd, Suite 500, Frisco, TX 75034

COMPENSATION: $1,500 signing bonus + competitive hourly pay

THE ROLE
We're growing our clinical team at our Frisco location and looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a practice that's raising the bar in dental care. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a well-equipped, technology-forward environment with real clinical variety.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist the doctor chairside on a wide range of procedures — routine restorations, extractions, implants, and advanced oral surgery
Take and process digital X-rays; perform coronal polishing
Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently
Educate patients on post-op care and upcoming treatment plans
Document clinical notes accurately in Dentrix Ascend
Maintain instruments, supply levels, and infection control standards
Contribute to a smooth, high-quality clinical day from first patient to last
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active Texas RDA license (required)
X-ray certification
Dentrix or similar practice management software experience preferred
Strong chairside manner — calm, efficient, and genuinely patient-first
Coachable and growth-minded — we invest in people who want to improve
Precise, reliable, and takes ownership
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$1,500 signing bonus
