Registered Dental Assistant in Edmonton (3 Days Part time + Growth)

We are a boutique dental clinic in west-central Edmonton (Glenora area) hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

This is a part-time RDA position (3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow into additional clinical days as the clinic expands.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and patient-focused dental assistant who enjoys clinical assisting and contributing to smooth patient flow in a structured dental office environment.

Responsibilities – Dental Assistant / RDA Duties
Chairside dental assisting for general dentistry procedures
Operatory setup and turnover
Sterilization and infection control procedures
Taking dental radiographs (X-rays) + intraoral scans
Assisting with restorative and general dental procedures
Supporting patient comfort and communication
Occasional front desk support (phones, scheduling, patient coordination, insurance processing) as needed
Maintaining efficient daily clinical flow in a dental clinic setting
Who We Are Looking For
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in good standing (required)
Strong chairside dental assisting skills
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Comfortable working in a structured dental practice
Strong communication skills with patients and team members
Calm, professional, and team-oriented approach
Front office / dental administration experience is an asset but not required.

Experience with Cleardent is an asset.
