Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions 2 (RDAEF2) — 2+ Years Experience Required

Barsoum Dental Upland is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions 2 (RDAEF2) to join our growing team. What You'll Do
Perform RDAEF2 duties in accordance with California regulations
Place and finish composite restorations
Place and ligate orthodontic brackets and auxiliaries
Pack cord and take final impressions for cast restorations
Perform coronal polishing
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Take high-quality digital radiographs
Ensure proper infection control and sterilization protocols
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Review pre-op and post-op instructions with patients
Help create a comfortable and positive experience for patients before, during, and after treatment
What We're Looking For
Active California RDAEF2 license (required)
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
X-ray certification
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and chairside manner
