Job Description
At Dr. Edwards Dentistry, we’re a private practice located near Panorama in Lacey, where our mission is to serve our patients with quality, compassionate dental care and to create a positive, supportive environment for our team.
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who is caring, patient, and team-oriented to join our dental family.
What we’re looking for:
A current Washington State RDA license
At least three years of experience preferred
A friendly, dependable attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
Knowledge of OpenDental is a plus, but not required
What you’ll do:
Assist chairside with a variety of dental procedures
Help maintain and order supplies
Contribute to a smooth daily flow for both patients and staff
We work together to make each day run smoothly and to make sure our patients feel genuinely cared for. If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit team, we’d love to meet you!
Our office hours are from 7:45am to 5pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with an hour for lunch; and Fridays from 7:45am to 1pm (31 hours per week). Compensation DOE $25-30/hr. Benefits include paid holidays, employee and family discount on dental treatment, and 401(k) retirement matching.
