Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Pay: $26–$32 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Some Saturdays
We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is dependable, motivated, and ready to be an important part of our dental team. The right candidate will take pride in their clinical skills, patient interactions, and ability to keep the day running smoothly.

Your Role:
As an RDA, you will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide excellent patient care while maintaining an organized and efficient back office.

Responsibilities include:
Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures
Take digital x-rays and intraoral images
Complete impressions and digital scans as needed
Prepare and turn over operatories between patients
Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control
Review patient charts and prepare materials for scheduled procedures
Provide patients with a comfortable and positive experience
Help maintain an organized, well-stocked clinical environment
Communicate effectively with doctors and other team members
What We're Looking For
Active California RDA license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Professional and friendly communication style
Ability to multitask and stay productive in a busy office
Works well independently and as part of a team
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
