Registered Dental Assistant (Level II RDA)
Linden Lakes Dental Centre | Winnipeg, MB
Linden Lakes Dental Centre is seeking an experienced Level II Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 1–2 years of chairside experience to join our established, patient-focused practice. This is a permanent chairside position offering the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team in a professional and collaborative environment.
Position Details
Permanent Chairside Registered Dental Assistant (Level II)
Immediate start available
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting
Instrument sterilization and operatory preparation
Recalls and appointment confirmations
Chart audits and clinical documentation support
Assisting with the daily flow of the practice
Delivering exceptional patient care and support
Qualifications
Level II Registered Dental Assistant license in Manitoba (required)
Minimum 1–2 years of chairside dental assisting experience (required)
Dentrix experience is a strong asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to patient care
Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
