Imperial Dental PLLC is seeking an experienced dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant with Coronal Polishing to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a friendly, professional environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7:45am - 4:00pm, with 1 hour lunch)
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms with dental instruments, materials, and equipment, ensuring all tools are sterilized and ready for use in accordance with infection prevention management protocols.
Assist dentists during various procedures including General dentistry, Endodontics, and Prosthodontics by providing chairside support.
Take digital dental X-rays, intraoral photos, impressions, and/or digital scans.
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards.
Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus
Educate patients on oral health care practices, post-treatment instructions, and preventive measures to enhance patient care outcomes.
Monitor inventory and restock operatories as needed.
Support administrative tasks when needed such as greeting patients as a dental receptionist, scheduling appointments, and managing medical documentation efficiently.
Monitor incoming and outgoing lab cases and communicate with lab technicians.
Maintain a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant certification
Current Radiology Certification
Current CPR
Coronal Polishing Certification (Sealants is a plus)
Pay will vary and depend based on experience
