Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care by providing chairside assistance, managing dental procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, maintaining aseptic technique and infection control standards.

Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray), ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed.

Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Perform vital signs assessment and medical documentation to support comprehensive patient care.

Support front desk operations as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.

Utilize 3D scanners and other medical imaging tools to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Maintain knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical coding to accurately document procedures and patient information.

Support four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during procedures.

Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements
Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent licensure.

Proven experience working in a dental clinic environment with proficiency in dental assisting tasks.

Familiarity with EMR systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic for managing medical records and documentation.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security.

Experience with X-ray techniques, medical imaging, and taking vital signs.

Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques.

Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while supporting multiple specialties including pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry.

Skills in medical documentation, coding, and familiarity with 3D scanners are highly desirable.
