Dental Assistant — Real Private Practice, Real Growth Path (Not a DSO)
Established general dentistry practice in North Richland Hills, serving the community for over 45 years. We're out-of-network with assignment of benefits. Not a DSO. No production quotas. We're hiring a second dental assistant to work alongside our lead assistant and support our growing team.

What You'd Be Doing
Chairside assist with the doctor(s)
Room setup, turnover, and sterilization
Digital scans and photography
Patient education and comfort
Charting and clinical workflow support
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's organized in the operatory and naturally warm with patients — the kind of person patients remember. Beyond that:
Either entry-level (we'll train the right person) or experienced dental assistant
Reliable and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced private practice
Excited to grow with the practice

Our amalgam removal protocol is designed to protect our team from mercury vapor exposure. We use enhanced isolation, high-volume evacuation, and air filtration during every amalgam removal — a level of workplace protection most dental offices don't offer their staff.

Compensation & Benefits
$19+/hour based on experience and qualifications
6 medical plan options (eligible after 60 days)

Schedule
Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Every other Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM
