We are currently looking for a rock-star Dental Assistant to join our private (non-corporate), contemporary, well established office in Donelson, TN!

Our office has been open since 1951, and for a lot of our patients we are the only dental office they have ever seen. We are looking for someone to join our team with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. As a family practice, we are looking for someone who wants to foster healthy relationships with existing patients. We have a wonderful team dynamic, and it is important for us to find the right fit.

Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice
Proven experience in dental hygiene, preferably within general dentistry or pediatric dentistry settings
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols
Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for documentation review and recordkeeping
Ability to perform patient care tasks including vital signs measurement and patient assessment with professionalism and compassion
Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively about oral health practices
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security
