Forma Dental is a brand-new dental clinic opening in west central Edmonton (17044 107 Ave), and we're looking for the right people to help us build something great from day one. This isn't just another dental assistant job — you'll be a foundational member of our team, helping shape our clinic's culture, patient experience, and reputation right from the start.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. As one of our founding team members, you'll play a key role in setting the standard for patient care and clinical excellence as we build our patient base and grow in the community. Your experience and input will genuinely shape how we operate — this is a rare opportunity to help grow a clinic rather than simply join an established one.
What You'll Do
Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take and process dental X-rays
Assist with patient education and comfort throughout their visit
Maintain accurate patient records
Help create a warm, welcoming environment for new and returning patients
Contribute ideas as we build clinic workflows and systems from the ground up
What We're Looking For
Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (required)
Experience with Open Dental software is ideal, but not required — we're happy to train the right person who is coachable and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where things are still being built
A team player who takes pride in contributing to a growing clinic
Compensation & Perks
$30–$34/hour, based on experience
Part-time schedule - which can be extended to full-time
Team bonus structure: as the clinic grows and succeeds, so does the whole team. This isn't a role where only ownership benefits from the clinic's success — everyone shares in it.
A genuine opportunity to grow alongside a brand-new clinic and take on more responsibility over time
Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
