Registered Dental Assistant | Dental Assistant
Rebottaro Family Dentistry | Danville, CA

Full-time Preferred | 40 hours per week | 4 to 5 days/week
Open to Part-time | 3 days/week
Hours: Schedule varies (Typical range 6:15am - 6:45pm based on 8- or 10-hour shift), no weekends
RDA Pay: $30 - $37/hourly based on experience
DA Pay: $30-$32/hourly based on experience

What You’ll Do
● Assist chairside for restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures
● Place and remove Invisalign attachments accurately and comfortably
● Capture high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos (target retake rate under 5%)
● Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient, organized treatment flow
● Educate patients about recommended care with confidence and compassion
● Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and ready
● Support inventory management and sterilization protocols
● Participate in calibration meetings and ongoing training to refine systems and clinical consistency
● Demonstrate leadership potential by helping teammates grow and maintaining a calm, professional presence
Who You Are
● Licensed RDA or Certified DA with current CPR certification
● Dental Assistant seeking to obtain RDA licensure (our practice actively supports and encourages professional growth toward RDA certification).
● Excellent communicator with strong patient connection skills
● Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized, you don’t wait to be told twice
● Confident with technology (Dentrix, iTero, or equivalent)
● Passionate about learning, growing, and helping others succeed
● Positive, solution-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards
