Registered Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant (RDA /DA)

Job Summary
We are a fast growing Multi-Specialty dental practice and have an immediate need for a RDA/DA to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be friendly, professional, detail oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and hard working. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance, manage dental procedures, and ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to treatment completion.

RDA/DA position could be Full-time or Part-Time. Compensation will depend on your level of experience.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers in the dental office
Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Undertake lab tasks as instructed and needed
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Requirements
Proven Experience as a RDA/DA
Current RDA license is preferred
Prior knowledge of dental terminology
Current x-ray & CPR certification
Coronal polishing certificate
Ability to make temporary crowns
Dentrix software experience is helpful, but not required

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
