We are looking for a passionate, dynamic Part-Time Orthodontic Assistant (Tuesday – Thursday) to join our team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art office. Working alongside one of the top orthodontists in the Bay Area, Dr. Kamilah Sanford, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care in a supportive, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Outstanding Chairside Care: Support Dr. Sanford through routine adjustments, chairside assisting, taking x-rays, taking impressions, sterilization, and accurate charting.
Elevate the Patient Experience: Bring energy, warmth, reliability, and top-tier organization to every patient and parent interaction.
Tech-Forward Assisting: Utilize modern computer-based orthodontic software for digital imaging and radiographic workflows.

Who We’re Looking For
Preferred: Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) or Orthodontic Assistant Permit holders (OAP) with orthodontic experience.
Encouraged to Apply: Dental Assistants with hands-on Orthodontic experience!
Required Certifications & Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Active X-Ray License
Current CPR Certification
8 Hour Infection Control & 2 Hour CDPA Certification
Position Details & Compensation
Schedule: Part-Time (Tuesday – Thursday)
Compensation: Competitive pay range based on experience + Team Performance & Experience Bonuses!
