Registered Dental Assistant Level II – Orthodontics

At Group Calgary Orthodontics, we're expanding our team and looking for a positive, patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our welcoming practice. Whether you have orthodontic experience or are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
A Schedule Designed for Better Work-Life Balance
Forget the traditional 5-day work week. Our unique rotating schedule gives you more time to enjoy life outside of work.
Week 1: Monday – Wednesday
Week 2: Wednesday – Friday
This means every other week includes a full 6-day weekend—perfect for travel, family time, hobbies, or simply recharging.
Additional perks include:
No evenings OR Weekends
Consistent daytime schedule 6:55 AM – 4:30 PM (compressed work week)
28–32 hours per week
Complimentary parking
Uniform allowance
Supportive and collaborative team environment

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our orthodontic team, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinical care in a positive, fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who is:

Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and dependable
Qualifications
Required:
Registered Dental Assistant Level II
Preferred:
Orthodontic Module certification
Candidates who are currently completing their Orthodontic Module are encouraged to apply.
Orthodontic experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Position Details
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Rotating 3-day work weeks with every other week including a 6-day weekend
Compensation: Competitive wage based on experience
Start Date: Immediate opening available
