We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RDA with orthodontic experience to join our dynamic ortho practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for orthodontics. Willing to travel between two locations.
*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Take digital X-Rays as needed.
- Manage patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans using electronic health record systems
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Assist in managing the flow of patients in the office, ensuring timely appointments and efficient service.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in orthodontics is required.
- Knowledge of proper sterilization is required.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient interaction and education.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
