Family Wellness Dentistry is a well-established, patient-centered private practice in Plano dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who enjoys building relationships with patients and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
No evenings or weekends!
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate clinical records
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to keep the day running smoothly
Qualifications
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
X-ray Certification
Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
Excellent chairside manner and attention to detail
